Caroline is South African, John is British, they are Christian and both working in Dubai, they wish to know if they can get divorced in UAE?

Under Personal Status Law (PSL), the Dubai Court has jurisdiction over any person who is domiciled, residing, or working in the United Arab Emirates, therefore regardless of nationality and religion, as you are both working in Dubai, you can get divorced through the Dubai Courts however the applicable laws will differ for Muslim and non-Muslims.
