It's now easier to sponsor your family in UAE

• The UAE Cabinet have recently announced that the new process to sponsor expats’ families will be based o the salary earned, instead of the job title.

• The exact minimum salary required has not yet been stated; however, presently it stands at AED 4,000 for men and AED 10,000 for women.

• Formerly, the regulation was anchored on the profession (it was stated that these should be at managerial level or above), in order to be able to sponsor the families.
• The new process aims to give skilled workers the opportunity to bring their family to the UAE, despite of their educational background.

• The above news arrive after a recent statement that 10-year visas would be approved to investors, entrepreneurs and specialists in the fields of science and knowledge. These professionals will also be able to include their spouse and children on their visas.
