Breaking News - DIFC Wills are now VAT-Exempt!

A Will can now be registered at the DIFC Wills Service Centre (DIFC WSC) for a lower price!
On 10th October 2021 it was announced that DIFC Courts Wills Service is no longer required to pay VAT for its services.
The UAE Ministry of Finance direction means that effective from 12th October 2021, all Will registration services shall be exempt from the 5% VAT charge that currently applies.
Any services booked and availed before this date shall still be charged the VAT fees and no refunds are available for VAT already paid prior to the effective date.
