Why it’s important to attend:

The subject of Wills and inheritance is a grey area in the UAE. With many different options available to Muslim and non-Muslim expats to determine succession of their assets and appoint guardians for their minor children, it can be confusing to determine what is and is not required. Tasleem is highly experienced in the subject and can explain the basics in a clear and practical manner, ensuring attendees are well-equipped to make sensible decisions so that their wishes are upheld in the event of their demise.

Who should attend:

Muslim and non-Muslim expats who

  • Own valuable assets in the UAE – real estate / bank accounts / investments / companies,
  • Have minor children
  • Have been employed for a number of years and are accruing a gratuity
