JBA’s role often commences before litigation begins in terms of litigation strategy and advice. JBA also believes the resolution of any dispute is a conversation which should be had from the outset of a commercial relationship, not at the point of the dispute itself, making it common practice for the litigation team to be involved in the drafting of contracts and other important documents to ensure the most appropriate method, jurisdiction and governing laws are chosen for the settlement of disputes, and execution against assets should the parties later fall in dispute.
