Our Wills and Inheritance Partner, Tasleem Sayani, spoke at a private session on developments in the area of Wills and Inheritance laws in the UAE at our client's office in Abu Dhabi. A small team of senior management attended and were educated on the current procedures available for ensuring Succession of their local assets. Discussions took place about guardianship of minor children, offshore bank accounts and ownership of UAE real estate.
